Introduction

Welcome to use the macOS disk space analysis tool provided by Chora (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Chora"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for your use of our application, website and related services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. License Grant

Chora grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Services. The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use the Services we provide in accordance with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chora and its officers, directors, employees, partners and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, cost of purchasing substitute products or services, or any other intangible losses.

The above limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damages are based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, even if Chora has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chora and its officers, directors, employees, partners and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses and expenditures (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright, property or privacy rights

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Chora may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. After termination, you will lose access to the Service, and Chora shall not be liable for any losses resulting from termination or suspension.

Certain provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution, shall remain in effect after the termination of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Chora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate means, and publish the updated Terms in the application. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to regularly review these Terms to understand any changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action related to the Service or these Terms can only be brought in the courts of the People's Republic of China, and you agree to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
